Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in internal, employee, corporate, or change communications.
• Experience developing and implementing internal communications strategies within a complex global matrix organization.
• Ability to translate complex business topics into clear communications for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications for the Service BU across ~60 countries.
• Translate business strategy and priorities into clear employee communications.
• Advise senior leadership on communications during growth, transformation, and change.
• Develop communications that turn strategy and priorities into accessible employee stories.
• Deliver communication campaigns, leadership dialogue, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Foster two-way communication with opportunities for feedback, recognition, and participation.
• Enhance employee communications through digital, data, and AI-enabled approaches.
• Establish measures of communication effectiveness to improve engagement.
