Korn Ferry client is seeking a Product Development Manager to own new product initiatives from concept through commercialization, working closely with overseas manufacturing partners, engineering teams, sourcing, quality, and sales.

This hands-on role emphasizes execution and supplier collaboration—driving product briefs, roadmaps, and commercialization plans—while mentoring junior team members and leading cross-functional teams onsite about four days a week.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously while maintaining timelines and quality standards.
• Support product reviews, testing, supplier communication, and ongoing product improvements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product development team members.

They are seeking a Product Development Manager to take ownership of new product initiatives from concept through commercialization while working closely with overseas manufacturing partners, engineering teams, sourcing, quality, and sales.

What You'll Do
