Job summary

Solventum seeks a GSC NPI Manager to lead global supply chain activities for new product introductions. You will guide cross-functional teams through development, design transfer, and commercial launch, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

You will partner with R&D, Process Technology, and Manufacturing to ensure manufacturability and readiness at supplier sites, while aligning with quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher plus 7+ years in manufacturing/operations engineering and/or supply chain leadership OR High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years in similar roles.
• Project engineering in manufacturing process development, validation and design transfer is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Global Supply Chain POC for NPI projects across Solventum business areas.
• Lead the GSC extended team during new product integration through all development phases.
• Maintain project timelines, resources, costs and capital estimates.
• Track state-gate milestones and deliverables; report status to leadership.
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers and suppliers for NPI readiness.
