Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5 years in product or process development; automotive exp preferred.
• Experience leading projects from concept through launch or implementation.
• Basic CAD skills (SolidWorks preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and leads engineering projects through product development processes.
• Prepares and adheres to project schedules and resolves issues to meet deadlines.
• Analyzes data and customer drawings to assess feasibility of product proposals.
• Coordinates prototype builds, tooling, and testing activities.
• Supports product launch activities and ensures design changes are properly released.
• Maintains project documentation and reports on milestones and budget.
