Job summary

HP seeks a strategic and hands‑on leader to drive Global Product Compliance across its PC, Print, Software, and Services portfolio. You will oversee a global team, connect with regulators, and translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for product development and market readiness.

You will partner with R&D, Legal, Supply Chain, and regional leaders to ensure regulatory readiness while enabling innovation and speed to market.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in global product compliance, regulatory affairs, or product stewardship.
Strong PC compliance experience; preferred: Print, Chemicals, or Software/Solutions.
Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks across EU, US, China, LATAM.
Experience leading a large global organization spanning multiple levels of management.
Proven ability to manage regulatory complexity and balance risk with business enablement.

Responsibilities

Lead HP’s product compliance strategy and execution across PCs, Print and collaboration devices, Supplies, and Software/Solutions.
Build and manage governance frameworks for compliance risk management, incident response, and escalation protocols.
Guide cross-functional teams to embed compliance into product lifecycles and launches.
Synthesize regulations into actionable business guidance and influence product development for market-ready launches.
Advance HP’s digital transformation of compliance through dashboards and automation.
