Job summary

HP is seeking a Product Stewardship Manager to lead a team of technical experts supporting product development, regulatory compliance, sustainable design, and customer-facing stewardship requirements.

Using cross-functional partnerships with R&D, Business Units, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Legal, Government Relations, Sales, and Marketing, you will ensure products meet evolving regulatory and sustainability expectations while driving disciplined delivery and data quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Toxicology, Sustainability, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating across functions.
• Strong communication skills to translate regulatory concepts to technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Product Stewardship SMEs, regulatory experts, and related technical contributors.
• Partner with R&D, Business Units, and Manufacturing to design in compliance and sustainability.
• Translate regulatory and customer requirements into actionable plans for technical teams and business partners.
• Drive stewardship data quality, tools, and automation to improve efficiency and compliance.
