Qualifications

• Experience in strategic sourcing and supplier negotiation.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with procurement transformation and systems implementation.
• Knowledge of vendor risk management and contract structures.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously lead strategic sourcing across multiple categories.
• Develop and execute global procurement strategies.
• Advise senior leaders on vendor strategy and risk.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive supplier governance and performance management.
• Oversee contract negotiation with Legal and Compliance.
• Support M&A vendor due diligence and integration.
