Job summary

CSL Plasma seeks a Global Category Management Lead to oversee global category strategies and procurement execution across the CSL group, ensuring value, compliance, and risk management.

You will lead global teams, drive transformations, negotiate with major suppliers, establish SRM processes, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver cost of ownership reductions and supply performance improvements. Domestic and international travel as required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategic sourcing or related areas with global scope.
• 2+ years in senior leadership leading global teams.
• 5+ years in global team management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication, influencing skills and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global category strategies aligned with CSL strategy.
• Lead global category management and bid activities to reduce total cost of ownership.
• Drive transformative projects, risk management and compliance improvements.
• Establish and maintain category councils and SRM processes with suppliers.
• Negotiate with major suppliers and advise regional sourcing as needed.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver procurement objectives and supplier performance.
• Lead global transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
