CSL Plasma Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Technology Sourcing to drive strategic sourcing for a broad technology portfolio, including software, cloud, hardware, and IT services.

You will lead global initiatives, shape category strategies, and mitigate supplier risk while partnering with senior stakeholders and vendors worldwide. The role emphasizes multi-year roadmaps, complex contracts, and continuous cost optimization, with travel around 5% and reporting to the Category Director -

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 7+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, especially for technology
• Experience leading global technology sourcing initiatives across software, SaaS, cloud services, and IT infrastructure
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology contracts, MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements, and renewal strategies
• Demonstrated supplier relationship management, governance, and continuous improvement capabilities

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute global technology category strategies and multi-year roadmaps across software, SaaS, cloud services, infrastructure, hardware, and IT services.
• Lead complex, high-value sourcing initiatives and negotiations, including software licensing, SaaS, cloud terms, and enterprise contracts.
• Provide market intelligence, spend analytics, and supplier risk assessments to drive cost savings and value creation.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across I&T, Finance, Legal, and business units to translate requirements into sourcing strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance, governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement activities.
