Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field is required or highly regarded.
• MBA or postgraduate business degree is highly regarded.
• Minimum 12 years in strategic sourcing or related experience.
• Minimum 2 years senior leadership experience, preferably global.
• Strong communication and influencing skills; able to handle ambiguity.
• Experience with A&E/EPC/EPCM, CQV/CSV categories is valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop global category strategies aligned with CSL Global and Procurement Strategy.
• Lead major global/category management initiatives and drive cost, risk, and supplier performance improvements.
• Manage supplier negotiations and build key stakeholder relationships with large vendors.
• Establish and maintain SRM processes and governance across categories.
• Drive transformation projects and continuous improvement within global procurement.
