Responsibilities

• Provide Category Ownership across 3M Businesses & Divisions for Outsourced Converting Services.
• Lead negotiations and supplier relationships to meet cost savings, growth and working capital goals.
• Drive cost reduction and implement procurement best practices.
• Lead Should Cost Model as appropriate.
• Develop partnerships with internal stakeholders across Manufacturing, R&D, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain Operations.
