3M seeks a Business Supply Chain Senior Manager to translate business objectives into comprehensive supply chain requirements. You will craft end-to-end plans with Plan, Source, Make, Deliver functions and lead division-specific improvement initiatives.

The role requires cross-functional leadership, P&L awareness, and international collaboration, with on-site work in Maplewood, MN and up to 25% travel. Strong change management and engineering background preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher verification prior to start.
• Five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing or supply chain role.
• Three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing facility.

Aufgaben

• Translate business objectives into Enterprise Supply Chain requirements and develop end-to-end operational plans.
• Identify, prioritize, and lead division-specific improvement projects.
• Drive service, quality, cost, cash, and reliability across Supply Chain.
• Partner to manage product lifecycle and portfolio excellence.
• Collaborate on New Product Introductions, scale-up and launch.
