3M is hiring a Global Procurement – PMO Specialist to lead PMO initiatives and drive productivity across global procurement. The role collaborates with 3M BG and category pillars, interfacing with lab, R&D, and operations to accelerate project execution.

Requires a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in procurement, PM, or supply chain across diverse sectors. On-site work at 3M Center, Maplewood, MN with up to 5% travel. Competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Six (6) years of combined experience in Procurement, Project Management and/or Supply Chain in a private, public, government or military environment.

Aufgaben

• Project Management office Leadership: Provide PMO leadership for assigned 3M BG and Category Pillar projects to align with Enterprise Supply Chain strategies.
• Project management & execution: Work with sponsors and stakeholders to achieve program goals, including cost savings projects; create detailed plans with milestones.
• Pipeline Management: Develop and manage pipeline cadence; lead cost tracking reviews and cross-functional sessions.
• Shared Responsibility: Support category teams to drive KPIs around cost via pipeline development and reporting.
• Internal category communications: Drive change leadership to ensure stakeholders adopt necessary changes.
