Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• Juris Doctorate/Advanced degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of category strategies that align with business objectives and deliver measurable value across legal services spend.
• Partner closely with Legal and business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and ensure procurement strategies support organizational priorities.
• Lead sourcing events, negotiations, contract management activities, and supplier selection processes across legal services categories.
• Build and maintain relationships with law firms, alternative legal service providers, legal technology suppliers, and other strategic partners.
• Drive supplier performance management activities, including business reviews, scorecards, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost, service, quality, innovation, and risk management outcomes through supplier and category strategies.
• Support the delivery of annual value targets and procurement objectives through effective category management and commercial execution.
• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks impacting the category.
• Collaborate across global and regional teams to implement sourcing strategies, governance processes, and best practices.
• Escalate and help mitigate supplier, commercial, and operational risks that may affect business outcomes.
• Contribute to procurement transformation, process improvement, and innovation initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of Legal Services Procurement.
