Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required; Juris Doctorate or advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in procurement.
• Proficient in core procurement areas: category management, business engagement, and supplier management.
• Demonstrates leadership, communication, influencing and strong relationship skills.
• Ability to prioritize requests and propose cost-effective alternatives.
• Travel up to 10% may be required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies that deliver measurable value in legal services spend.
• Partner with Legal and business stakeholders to align procurement with priorities.
• Lead sourcing events, negotiations, contract management, and supplier selection for legal services.
• Build and maintain relationships with law firms, alternative providers, and legal tech suppliers.
• Drive supplier performance management including reviews, scorecards and data analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost, service, quality, and risk outcomes.
• Support annual value targets through effective category management and execution.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to implement sourcing strategies and governance.
