Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed prior to start.
• Six years combined experience in Procurement, PM, and/or Supply Chain.
• Experience collaborating with internal/external stakeholders on complex projects.
• Proven ability to lead PMO, drive cost savings, and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide PMO leadership for assigned 3M BG and Category Pillar and Projects.
• Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment to Enterprise Supply Chain strategies.
• Create detailed project plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Lead pipeline management cadence and KPI reviews across projects.
