Job summary

Graphic Packaging International, a leading paper-based packaging manufacturer, is seeking a VP of Engineering & Technology in Atlanta. The role oversees a $2B capital program, drives ESG-aligned plant improvements, and leads a multi-disciplinary engineering team across multiple sites.

The position requires 15+ years of senior manufacturing engineering leadership, a strong track record with large capital projects, and strategic governance to optimize operations and financial performance.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 15+ years of broad engineering leadership experience in a large manufacturing company.
• Experience leading large capital projects ($150M+).
• Experience with multi-site operations and governance across a large geographic footprint.

Responsibilities

• Budget / CAPEX ownership of the mill division’s 6-year capital improvement roadmap.
• Stakeholder management with internal and external stakeholders for capital projects.
• Drive continuous improvement through engineering solutions.
• Implement and leverage operational and manufacturing technology to support ESG and excellence.
• Lead a team of multi-disciplined electrical and mechanical engineers.
