Driscoll's is seeking a Head of Global Procurement to lead a multi-year transformation of our procurement function. You will establish a scalable, data-driven organization, embed sustainability, and align global standards with regional needs while delivering measurable value.

This role partners with finance, operations and suppliers, drives advanced sourcing, automates procure-to-pay, and builds trusted relationships across the enterprise, with travel up to 35% to support growth and resilience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of procurement and/or strategic sourcing leadership experience.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable value through procurement initiatives.
• Experience leading procurement transformation and organizational change.
• Strong experience in building and scaling global operating models.
• Ability to lead in a matrixed environment with enterprise procurement accountability.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers.
• Experience in strategic supplier relationship management at executive levels.
• Advanced negotiation skills with value delivery and sustainable supplier outcomes.
• Ability to influence beyond the organization including external partners and growers.
• Availability to travel internationally up to 35%.
