Job summary

Driscoll’s in California is seeking a Master Planning Manager to lead weekly business plans and align the supply chain with sales and operations targets. You will mine data from historical records and current trends to position product by shipping location to maximize customer order fill and operational targets.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Supply Forecast, Demand Management, Product Business Management, Distribution, Logistics, Procurement, and Harvest Planning teams, reporting to the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis on data analytics and or agribusiness.
• 5 years of experience minimum with fresh produce handling.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Spanish verbal and written capability preferred.
• Ability to design and undertake projects leading to specific insights independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop new processes to improve Customer Order Fill results.
• Lead weekly Network Alignment activity and 13-week planning.
• Provide critical insights on Item forecast accuracy and fruit aging.
• Align network daily by site and provide channel allocations as needed.
• Support daily order fill and fruit movement with direction to teams.
