Driscoll Strawberry Associates, Inc. is seeking a Director of Supply Forecasting to lead forecasting across all planning horizons and drive capabilities that align supply with demand and operational execution across the Americas.

You will shape forecasting processes, establish governance, and advance analytics and technology to improve accuracy and responsiveness. The role requires senior leadership experience, deep expertise in forecasting methodologies, and a track record of transforming

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive experience in supply forecasting, planning, and analytics.
• Proven success leading forecasting organizations in complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience with large-scale forecasting transformations and technology enablement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Supply Forecasting function across all planning horizons to deliver accurate, timely forecasts that support business unit objectives.
• Establish and govern forecasting processes, standards, and operating rhythms for consistency and scalability.
• Develop and improve forecasting capabilities through analytics, modeling, and new technologies including ML/AI solutions.
• Partner with Product Leadership, Production, Sales, Demand Planning, Finance, Master Planning, and Supply Chain to align outlooks and mitigation strategies.
