Job summary

Driscoll’s is seeking a Master Planning Manager to lead the planning and execution of all operational activities aligned to weekly Business Plans. This role analyzes historical data and current trends to ensure product availability across shipping locations while supporting Customer Order Fill targets and operational goals.

You will coordinate with Sales, Supply Forecast, Demand Management, Product Business Management, Distribution, Logistics, Procurement, and Harvest Planning teams, reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis on data analytics and/or agribusiness.
• 5 years of experience minimum with fresh produce handling.
• Business management and leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to design and undertake projects leading to specific insights independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop new processes that will drive improvement of Customer Order Fill results.
• Develop critical process and tools to improve the daily network alignment activity.
• Lead the effort to reduce customer order touches and excessive fruit movement.
• Provide direction between Sales, Supply Forecast and the Supply Chain to achieve network balance.
