Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Procurement/Finance/Accounting/Business Administration/Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in procurement and/or sourcing.
• Proven track record of leading global procurement organizations and driving enterprise transformation.
• Deep expertise in indirect sourcing within professional services (tax, accounting, legal, or consulting).
• Executive leadership and C-suite stakeholder influence.
• Strategic thinking with strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Advanced negotiation and supplier relationship management expertise.
• Enterprise transformation and change leadership.
• Data-driven decision-making and analytical rigor.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to lead in a complex, global, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for the global procurement organization, including organizational design and capability development.
• Lead vendor and supplier integration activities related to acquisitions and contract consolidation to accelerate synergy realization.
• Establish governance frameworks and supplier management to drive risk mitigation and cost optimization.
• Drive procurement transformation initiatives, including digital enablement and spend visibility.
• Oversee category management strategies and supplier governance across regions.
