Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement Lead to oversee procurement across client sites, developing strategies and driving cost-effective purchasing while leading a team of procurement professionals.

You will collaborate with finance and operations, manage supplier relationships, evaluate performance, and apply AI-powered analytics to optimize resources and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required.
• MBA or related Master’s Degree preferred.
• 7+ years’ experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Manage global procurement relationships across the client, account team, vendors and Cushman & Wakefield.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Lead complex RFPs, analyze responses, negotiate and drive results.
• Monitor supplier performance and address quality, delivery and service issues.
• Leverage AI-powered analytics to optimize resources and forecasting.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to meet procurement needs.
