Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement Lead to oversee procurement across client sites. You will guide strategy, manage vendor relationships, and lead a team to optimize cost and performance.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and compliance with corporate standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in strategic sourcing, contract management, and data-driven decision making, with 7+ years in procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required; MBA or related Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years’ experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, ideally in facility services or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement relationships globally with Client, Account Management Team, Vendors, C&W Corporate and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies based on spend analysis.
• Lead high complexity RFPs, analyze responses, negotiate to achieve expected results.
• Interpret contracts, negotiate with vendors, and maintain contract records.
• Advise management on contractual rights, obligations and resources.
• Leverage AI-powered analytics to optimize resource allocation and forecast workload.
• Create supplier scorecards and analyze performance patterns.
• Ensure compliance through checks and balances in service contracts.
