Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement Lead to oversee procurement for a client account and lead a team of procurement professionals. You will drive cost-effective purchasing, vendor relationships, and compliance across global sites.

The role requires 7+ years in procurement/strategic sourcing, with a focus on complex negotiations, contracts, and analytics. Collaboration with finance, operations, and other departments is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years’ experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, ideally in facility services or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Procurement relationship globally with Client, Account Management Team, Vendors, C&W Corporate and other key stakeholders.
• Implement programs and initiatives to ensure achievement of all goals, metrics & KPIs.
• Analyze account-wide spend, vendors, operations and processes to continually identify opportunities for value creation.
• Develop and facilitate high complexity RFPs, analyze responses, negotiate and use other techniques as required to obtain the expected results.
• Interprets contracts, negotiates with vendors and ensures appropriate contractual records retention plans are in place on the account.
• Advise management regarding contractual rights, obligations, and other contractual matters.
• Manage the development, installation, and maintenance of tracking & reporting mechanisms.
• Maintain organized records to ensure checks and balances for service contracts and compliance items.
• Employ best practices, policies, processes, tools and templates for the execution of Procurement responsibilities.
• Participate and lead in all meetings.
• Generate and distribute all necessary and requested reports.
• Evaluate supplier performance and address issues related to quality, delivery, or service.
• Work with finance and operations to understand procurement needs.
• Leverage AI-powered analytics to optimize resources and forecast workload.
• Apply machine learning models to create supplier scorecards and predict issues.
• Resolve issues from the client with respect to supplier performance and quality.
• Manage all aspects of personnel and roles with direct reporting relationship.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
