Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement Lead to oversee procurement across a portfolio of client sites. You will drive procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and lead a team of procurement professionals to support company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required; MBA or related Master's Degree preferred.
• 7+ years' experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, ideally in facility services or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Procurement relationship globally with Client, Account Management Team, Vendors, C&W Corporate and other key stakeholders.
• Implement programs and initiatives to ensure achievement of goals, metrics & KPIs.
• Develop and facilitate high complexity RFPs, analyze responses, negotiate and drive results.
• Lead in contract interpretation, negotiations and records retention for the account.
• Advise management on contractual rights, obligations and resources.
