Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement Lead to oversee procurement across a client account, lead a team of procurement professionals, and collaborate with finance and operations to optimize spend.

The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, supplier performance management, and the use of AI/ML to improve forecasting and supplier scorecards. Location is office-based with cross-functional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years’ experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, ideally in facility services or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Procurement relationship globally with Client, Account Management Team, Vendors, C&W Corporate and other key stakeholders.
• Implement programs and initiatives to ensure achievement of all goals, metrics & KPIs.
• Develop and facilitate high complexity RFPs, analyze responses, negotiate and use other techniques as required to obtain the expected results.
• Leverage AI-powered analytics to optimize team resource allocation, forecast workload demands, and improve capacity planning.
• Resolve issues from the client with respect to supplier performance and quality.
