Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Troy, NY, is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Procurement Direct CMO to lead the CMO manufacturing category and drive strategic supplier relationships across the External Manufacturing network.

You will negotiate complex contracts, advance cost savings, ensure GxP compliance, and partner with stakeholders and category owners to align manufacturing priorities with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 7+ years of procurement experience.
• Experience in the mAb/large molecule manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Defines and implements CMO manufacturing category strategy to meet business needs.
• Leads discussions with IOPS stakeholders to align Drug Product manufacturing priorities with Procurement category leads and management.
• Negotiates complex contracts and drives supplier management and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Drives cost savings, cash flow improvement, and other efficiency gains through category management.
• Ensures category activities comply with GxP and other applicable regulations.
• Negotiates contract terms and conditions in consultation with Law, aligned with Regeneron's priorities and business requirements.
• Establishes and drives Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs and governance models.
• Navigates a dynamic, fast-changing business environment, proactively identifying opportunities and driving results.
