Qualifications

• BS/BA in business or science with 8+ years in cGMP manufacturing (clinical or commercial).
• 5+ years leading manufacturing operations as part of a team.
• MBA (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure product manufacture complies with cGMP and applicable regulations.
• Facilitate external manufacturing activities at CMOs, including scheduling, materials, shipments, and reports.
• Collaborate on tech transfers, validation plans, SOPs, and documentation.
• Lead continuous improvements and system implementations to reduce cycle times.
• Monitor inspections and safeguard product integrity across the supply chain.
