Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Troy, NY seeks a Senior Manager, Global Procurement Direct CMO to lead the Direct Global Procurement CMO category. On-site role focused on strategy, supplier relationships, and contract governance across the External Manufacturing network.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and category owners to advance business goals. The role requires 7+ years in pharma procurement, strong negotiation, and knowledge of Drug Product manufacturing; experience with category

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in pharma procurement or related field.
• Experience in mAb/large molecule manufacturing and Drug Product processes.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Familiarity with category management stage gates and strategy execution.
• Ability to use market intelligence, risk, compliance and financial tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement CMO manufacturing category strategy.
• Lead discussions with IOPS stakeholders to align priorities.
• Negotiate complex contracts and drive supplier management.
• Drive cost savings and cash-flow improvements via category management.
• Ensure category activities comply with GxP and regulations.
• Negotiate terms with Law aligned to Regeneron's priorities.
• Establish and drive SRM programs and governance models.
• Navigate a dynamic business environment to identify opportunities.
