This role focuses on defining global category strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost savings through rigorous analytics. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in procurement, extensive pharma experience, and strong data analytics with tools

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and progressive experience in procurement, preferably Pharma/BioPharma.
• Experience managing global category processes and supplier relationships across multiple subcategories.
• Strong data analytics skills and ability to benchmark, source, negotiate and drive savings.

• Define and implement global Lab Consumables category strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align category priorities with procurement goals.
• Lead negotiations, supplier management and stakeholder engagement for Lab Consumables.
• Drive cost savings and cash flow improvements through category management.
• Represent Global Procurement in decisions impacting Lab Consumables strategy and metrics.
