Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or JD preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive strategic sourcing or commercial leadership experience.
• Strong negotiation experience with Master Agreements, Statements of Work, Change Orders, etc.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own category strategy and contract negotiations across multiple spend categories.
• Design data-driven sourcing strategies addressing stakeholder objectives while balancing cost, speed, quality, and innovation.
• Lead supplier evaluations, negotiations, and end-to-end contract management.
• Utilize analytics and automation to enhance visibility and decision speed.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs; analyze proposals; manage evaluation processes.
