Job summary

Nabors is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to lead materials management, warehousing, and inventory control in Houston. You will drive end-to-end supply chain improvements and collaborate with IT and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or supply chain preferred.
• Experience with supporting international supply chain activities a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and proficient in Excel, macros, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory and warehouse management procedures to drive operational accuracy and efficiency.
• Optimize stock levels through inventory control strategies that reduce excess, prevent obsolescence, and minimize carrying costs.
• Oversee min-max setup, maintenance, and compliance across all locations.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Department in creation of BOM for Assets and systems are updated accordingly.
• Responsible for maintenance of item master data to ensure accuracy.
• Liaise with IT in testing enhancements of warehouse systems.
• Lead system testing, enhancements, and user training for warehouse systems.
• Lead inventory transactions, cycle counts, and physical inventories to maintain data integrity.
• Analyze inventory trends and generate reports to support forecasting and procurement planning.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure material availability.
• Enforce standardization and compliance with global inventory policies.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance visibility, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Manage item master data to ensure data integrity across procurement, inventory, and finance systems.
