Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement Lead to oversee procurement across a client account portfolio.

You will lead a team of procurement professionals, develop strategies, and collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to meet organizational objectives. Responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, performing complex RFPs, and applying AI-powered analytics to optimize resources and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• MBA or related Master’s Degree preferred.
• 7+ years’ experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, ideally in facility services or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Procurement relationship globally with Client, Account Management Team, Vendors, C&W Corporate and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement a procurement strategy based on identified opportunities.
• Lead high complexity RFPs, analyze responses, negotiate and use other techniques to obtain expected results.
• Analyze account-wide spend, vendors, operations and processes to identify opportunities for value creation.
• Implement programs and initiatives to ensure achievement of goals, metrics and KPIs.
