Job summary

Gore seeks a Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist to empower Global Procurement with data-driven insights. You will collect, validate, structure, analyze, and visualize supplier data, driving cost optimization and supplier performance improvements across regions.

The role emphasizes automation, SAP-connected analysis, and collaborative digital solutions, with hybrid work possible at Newark, DE or Elkton, MD facilities. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis/reporting, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
• Advanced expertise in data analytics tools, including Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Solid experience working with SAP/ERP data, including extraction, validation, transformation, and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage and analyze large datasets and translate business requirements into data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve global procurement dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting across regions.
• Aggregate and validate procurement data from multiple sources (e.g., SAP, Excel, Dataverse).
• Build data models and analytics for spend analysis, supplier KPI tracking, and cost optimization.
• Design and deliver analytics solutions using Power BI, including data modeling and interactive reporting.
• Develop automated data-driven solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Use advanced Excel features to support ad hoc analysis and recurring reporting.
• Present insights through executive-ready visuals and concise recommendations.
• Provide supplier and component data for regulatory inquiries and customer requests.
• Create documentation and train users to drive adoption of analytics tools.
