W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist to join the Performance Solutions Global Procurement Team in Newark, DE or Elkton, MD with a hybrid work arrangement.

The role focuses on optimizing procurement reporting, automating data processes, and building collaborative digital solutions that deliver actionable supplier insights and cost optimization across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of data analysis/reporting experience.
• Advanced data analytics tools experience: Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate.
• Experience with SAP/ERP data extraction, validation, transformation, reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven insights.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve global procurement dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting.
• Aggregate, cleanse, harmonize, and validate procurement data from multiple sources (e.g., SAP, Excel, Dataverse).
• Build and maintain data models and analytical logic for spend analysis and KPI tracking.
• Design and deliver analytics solutions using Power BI (modeling, reporting, visualization).
• Automate data-driven solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Use Excel (formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, data modeling, charts) for ad hoc analysis.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency.
• Present insights with executive-ready visuals and recommendations.
• Provide supplier/component data for inquiries and regulatory needs.
• Create documentation and train users.
