W. L. Gore & Associates is seeking a Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist for its Performance Solutions Global Procurement Team.
The role improves data-driven decision making across regions, focusing on procurement reporting, SAP-connected data analysis, and automated, collaborative digital solutions. Location options include Newark, Delaware or Elkton, Maryland with a hybrid work arrangement; relocation assistance is available.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years in data analysis/reporting, preferably in procurement or manufacturing.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SAP/ERP data.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve global procurement dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting.
- Aggregate, cleanse, harmonize, and validate procurement data from multiple sources.
- Build data models and analytics to enable spend analysis and supplier insights.
- Create Power BI reports and visuals; automate with Power Apps/Automate.
- Use Excel extensively for ad hoc and recurring reporting; leverage AI tools.
- Present insights with executive-ready visuals and actionable recommendations.
- Provide data to support regulatory inquiries and train users on tools.
