Sonoco Products Company seeks a Global Process Lead to own end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes across the globe. You will align regional teams to global standards and drive continuous improvement, data transparency, and process reliability.

The role requires strong leadership, lean/six-sigma expertise, and the ability to manage a diverse, remote team while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the assigned functional area.
• Solid process knowledge and subject matter expertise within the area.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and secure buy-in.
• Strong change management, communication, and business acumen.
• Proven project management and people leadership experience.
• Technical awareness and lean/six-sigma capabilities.
• Ability to manage remote and diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end processes, driving harmonization of global standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across regions and divisions.
• Map processes, identify improvements, monitor initiatives, and measure impact.
• Leverage lean and six-sigma to optimize performance.
• Drive accountability within the governance model and engage stakeholders.
• Develop and train users; manage a global team across geographies.
