Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Process Owner within its Global Business Services (GBS) to lead enterprise‑level process design and governance. You will drive standardization, train end users, and collaborate across functions worldwide while integrating automation and AI to deliver measurable improvements.

You will report to the GBS Enterprise Supply Chain Process Leader and support process excellence across the Supply Chain. Location can be Toledo World Headquarters or remote, with travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing, maintenance, supply chain, operations, engineering, or process excellence roles supporting industrial operations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP PP, SAP PM, or related ERP systems.
• Exposure to multi-site manufacturing operations and standardization across sites.
• Ability to travel up to 40% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Owns process designs and governance across the enterprise.
• Develops and maintains SOPs; trains end users using train-the-trainer methods.
• Drives continuous improvement and adoption of automation and AI.
• Partner with IT and regional GBS teams on system access and requirements.
• Ensure processes meet standards, controls, and security requirements.
