Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Process Transformation Professional in Charlotte, NC to drive process excellence and standardization across Ground Freight. You will work with Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, Governance, and regional stakeholders to assess and design scalable improvements that deliver consistent customer outcomes across a global network.

The role offers exposure to digital and automation initiatives, with opportunities to influence performance and collaborate across functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in process improvement, business transformation, or operational excellence.
• Knowledge of process mapping, governance frameworks, and operational controls.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and change initiatives.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across regions.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current-state processes and workflows to identify improvements.
• Support future-state process design to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Drive standardization and optimization with business, platform, and operations teams.
• Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, policies, and training materials.
• Monitor process metrics, identify root causes, and support corrective actions.
• Support governance, risk assessments, audits, and control framework implementation.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digital solutions.
