Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated seeks a Project Manager for its ATD Technology Transfer team to lead cross-fab technology transfers worldwide, ensuring dual sourcing for supply assurance and capacity. Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to support transfer, qualification, and manufacturing of advanced analog technologies across factories.
• Coordinate collection of technical details to reproduce technology and arrange receiving-fab training.
• Co‑own setup of receiving fab integrated flow and conduct risk assessments.
• Identify fab differences that add risk and lead process-improvement plans.
• Coordinate and participate in meetings, conferences, and reviews; communicate status and milestones.
• Learn and drive execution of the ATD Technology Transfer methodology.
• Coordinate with planning, business, quality, and tech organizations to secure support for schedule.
• Partner with technology development and manufacturing to develop new processes for tech transfers.
