Qualifications

• Experience with OPC transfer in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills for wafer data and CD/SEM measurements.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of transferring OPC technologies from R&D to High-Volume Manufacturing.
• Analyze process, equipment, layout, and tool disparities to predict and mitigate transfer risks before recipe release.
• Coordinate test wafer execution with Fab staff and operators to ensure successful ramp-up.
• Analyze large-scale wafer measurement datasets and CD data to verify model against production silicon.
