Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of transferring OPC technologies from R&D to High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
• Analyze process, equipment, layout, and tool disparities between R&D and HVM to mitigate transfer risks.
• Coordinate test wafer execution and align expectations with Fab staff.
• Leverage data science to analyze wafer datasets and SEM/CD data for model verification against production silicon.
• Analyze OPC verification results to identify lithography critical care-abouts and set metrology targets.
