With 8+ years in project leadership and a Bachelor's degree in engineering, you will coordinate global efforts and communicate status to senior management while aligning customer milestones and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years of project engineering/management experience on highly complex products/projects.
• Proven leadership capabilities in leading multifaceted global organizations.
• Experience with indirect management and influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional team on releasing new products and ROI.
• Coordinate with wafer fabrication, assembly & test sites to guarantee schedule, cost and quality.
• Plan the project using MS Project from Assess Opportunity Phase to Release to Market and ensure on-budget delivery.
• Provide clear direction to internal teams and external support organizations.
• Drive and motivate team members critical to flawless execution of products and projects.
• Provide weekly and monthly updates to senior management on status and issues.
