Job summary

Texas Instruments in Dallas seeks a Project Manager for the Advanced Technology Development (ATD) Technology Transfer team. You will lead the transfer of advanced process technologies between fabs worldwide to meet customer-specific dual sourcing requirements and to enable capacity ahead of demand.

You will partner with sending and receiving factory engineering and manufacturing teams, GSR, quality representatives and ATD technologists to reproduce baselines that match the original fab in

Qualifications

Experience leading cross-functional transfer projects.
Ability to coordinate multi-fab activities and timelines.
Strong communication with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams.

Responsibilities

Lead transfer, qualification, and manufacturing of advanced analog technologies across factories.
Coordinate collection of technical details to reproduce technology and train receiving fabs.
Co-own receiving fab flow setup; conduct risk assessments and mitigation plans.
Identify fab differences, drive process improvements, and lead problem solving.
Coordinate meetings, track status, and communicate milestones to stakeholders.
Learn and apply ATD Technology Transfer methodology and collaborate with partner teams.
