Applied Materials is seeking a technical professional to develop and document procedures for servicing new products in a high‑tech environment in Santa Clara, CA. The role requires coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality teams to implement BKMs and CAPA actions.

Qualifications

• Experience developing procedures and BKMs.
• Ability to participate in Build & Test in Apps lab and coordinate with Engineering/Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with CAPA processes and failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop new procedures and BKMs to service new products.
• Participate in or own first chamber Build & Test in Apps lab.
• Collaborate with Quality & Reliability to review Top Field Issues and address CAPA.
• Develop and document procedures to install, retrofit and maintain products.
• Create Customer Engineering Notices (CENs) and ISBs; troubleshoot guides as needed.
• Collect process and qualification data to create product BKMs.
• Create training packages with Global Technical Training and train engineers prior to shipping.
• Identify parts stock requirements and coordinate with AGS.
