Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline.
• Solves complex problems; takes new perspectives on existing solutions.
• Capable of reading and following design schematics (electrical, pneumatic, gas).

Responsibilities

• Develop new procedures and Best‑Known Methods (BKMs) to service new products.
• Work with Engineering to address issues identified.
• Partner with Quality & Reliability group to review and address Top Field Issues.
• Develop and document procedures to install and maintain the product.
• Train Customer Engineers and Process Engineers assigned to customers.

Skills

Capable and experienced in the use of hand tools

Skilled in working with hands

Familiar with Microsoft Office suite

Capable to perform electronic device diagnostic analysis
