Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Global Process Manager to own and optimize global operational processes for AWS field teams worldwide. You will map workflows, lead improvement initiatives, and collaborate with field technicians, program managers, and safety partners to drive measurable results.

In this role you’ll use AI tools to draft and maintain process documentation, design processes for new programs, and set performance targets with data-driven tracking for continuous improvement.

Formación

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead improvement projects from workflow mapping to measurable results.
• Own and continuously improve global operational processes.
• Help new programs design their ways of working from scratch.
• Partner with field technicians, program managers, operations leaders, and safety and security teams.
• Use AI tools to cut manual effort and keep processes up to date.
