Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Business Process Consultant to partner with leaders across Operations, Finance, Product and Risk Management to drive process improvement and operational excellence. You will lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, apply Lean Six Sigma, and develop business cases, plans, and value realization strategies to deliver measurable value.

The role is preferred in-office at the Eden Prairie, MN location, with remote options for out-of-area candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, business consulting, operations, or process engineering.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex projects.
• Solid knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and process mapping methodologies.
• Demonstrated analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to translate data and business challenges into actionable solutions.
