DLA Piper is seeking a Director of Global Private Markets to act as the central coordinator and commercial architect of the firm's Global Private Markets initiative. Based in a US office with a hybrid schedule, the position partners with lawyers to identify cross-selling opportunities, coordinate pursuit teams, and translate market insights into client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business-related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in business development, client development, marketing, strategy, or related professional services.
• Experience in global law firms, financial services, investment management, or consulting with private capital clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Private Markets strategy and annual business plan.
• Identify market opportunities across private capital sectors.
• Coordinate among practice groups, industry sectors, and regional offices to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Develop client targeting strategies and manage pursuit teams for significant opportunities.
• Produce executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations for initiative leadership.
